I still remember clearly the many disturbing feelings of insecurity I felt as a growing adult. I can vividly recall the numbers of times I asked myself if there would ever come a time  whenI would feel confident, safe and strong. The answers came, in time, after many tears and years of inner struggles and showed me that I was my own worst enemy. I realized that I had all of the tools I needed to become strong and secure within an yet, I wasn't aware of this at the time.
